cross-border cooperation: joint projects between Promos Technology and automakers
Recently, Singapore's well-known intelligent industrial software solution provider Promos Technology Co., Ltd. The project focuses on the deep integration of the real-time data-driven manufacturing execution system (MES) independently developed by Promos with the digital twin platform of the automotive production line, helping customers to realize the full-link visualization, predictable and optimized intelligent manufacturing upgrade of the four major process links from stamping, welding, painting to assembly.

This cooperation marks the first time that Promos has deeply participated in the construction of a vehicle factory-level digital base in the role of "embedded industrial AI middleware"-it not only provides standard MES modules, but also opens API interfaces and algorithm models to support seamless collaboration with vehicle companies' self-research cloud platforms, edge computing nodes and on-board OTA data analysis systems.
According to the information disclosed by the project, the two sides have completed the first phase of joint verification in a smart electric vehicle production base in the Yangtze River Delta. The measured data show that the abnormal response time of the production line is shortened by 63%, the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) is increased by 11.2, and the accuracy rate of quality defect identification at key stations is 99.4. What is particularly noteworthy is that Promos's innovative and integrated' process parameters-energy consumption-yield rate' multi-dimensional correlation analysis engine helps customers reduce the energy consumption of a single battery pack by 8.7 in the assembly process, saving more than RMB 23 million yuan per year.
